Interior and Exterior
House Painting in NJ:
Our Process
When painting in NJ homes, there are certain steps that we complete every time, in the same order - even though every project is different.
It's because having an efficient process helps us work faster, and produce quality work with minimal inconvenience to your life while we're there painting.
The steps below will show you how we do it - it's a generic overview of the standard work sequence we follow for painting New Jersey houses inside and out.
NOTE: Depending on the surface (stucco, wood, aluminum,
vinyl, popcorn, etc.), some of the steps may vary. If so, we will explain
to you all the specifics of your particular project during
our meeting.
General Guidelines for
Painting NJ Homes:
- We typically start work at 8am and finish at 4pm.
- We typically work in consecutive days.
- We clean up after ourselves daily.
- In lived-in spaces, we put back furniture close to its original position at the end of each day.
- We keep all materials and equipment on the project, organized in a staging area.
Before We Start Painting:
- After the contract is signed and a few days before the determined
start date, we will contact you to get information about the paint colors you
want to use on your project.
- If you haven't selected any colors yet and need help in that
area, we will schedule a complimentary color consultation to help you
choose the best colors for your home.
- We will discuss with you the work sequence and daily schedule, and determine the place for our staging area.
